Role: Network Security Engineer / Consultant (Zero Trust + Citrix + IAM + Cloud)

Location: Sydney

Job Description

Core Responsibilities
Architecture & Design: Design end-to-end Citrix SPA and ZTNA infrastructures.
ZTNA Implementation: Deploy Citrix Secure Private Access for hybrid workforces.
Policy Configuration: Define contextual access and adaptive authentication policies.
Application Onboarding: Configure secure access for SaaS, web, and TCP/UDP apps.
Performance Tuning: Optimize traffic routing via Citrix Cloud Connector and Gateway.

Required Technical Skills
Citrix Expertise: Deep knowledge of Citrix SPA, Citrix Cloud, and Gateway.
Zero Trust Principles: Solid understanding of ZTNA, IAM, and SASE frameworks.
Network Security: Experience with SAML, OAuth, OIDC, DNS, and TLS/SSL.
Identity Integration:



Expertise with Azure AD, Okta, Ping, and Active Directory.
Operating Systems: Advanced troubleshooting across Windows OS

Experience & Certification
Overall 10+ years of Network Security experience
Minimum 5+ years of experience in managing ZTNA /SASE solution
Minimum 2+ years in Implementation / migration to Citrix Secure App Access
Experience: 5+ years in Citrix Engineering, Enterprise Mobility, or Network Security.
Migration History: Proven experience replacing traditional hardware VPNs (e.g., Cisco, Pulse).
Citrix Certifications: CC-SPA (Citrix Certified Secure Private Access)
