Regis Resources is seeking a People Services Manager to lead the payroll operations, drive the total reward and remuneration strategy, and oversee the Workday HCM implementation and system governance. You will manage a team and deliver workforce analytics across the business.

You will bring deep expertise in payroll, remuneration and HR systems, with robust analytical capability and commercial judgement, supported by a degree in HR or related field.
