Uplift Recruitment is seeking a relationship-led Key Account Manager to support tier one and tier two B2B customers within a freight management business. You will own the account, communications and issues, driving outcomes with internal teams and carriers on site.

You'll manage relationships across transport, parcel, 3PL/4PL networks, deliver performance reviews, and proactively resolve service challenges. Robust in office presence and ownership mindset are essential.
