Qualifications & Experience

Essential
Meets or is working towards FASEA education requirements or holds a valid exemption.
Experience in financial advice support, client service, or paraplanning.
Proficient with financial advice technology.
Skilled in supporting advisers in delivering financial advice.
Solid client management and communication abilities.

Desirable
Approved Bachelor’s degree or higher such as a Bachelor degree majoring in financial planning, or Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning.
Relevant specialist accreditations.

Job Purpose

Assist financial advisers in delivering high-quality advice to clients.

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with Advisers, Senior Advisers, and Partners to coordinate the development and implementation of advice.
Prepare high-quality, tailored Statements and Records of Advice with support from the Client Experience Team.
Manage client communications in partnership with advisers.
Ensure advice is well-researched, summarised,



and ready for approval.
Assist in developing complex strategies for new and existing clients.
Review client documents for compliance with ethical, legal, and regulatory standards.
Attend client meetings for context and professional development.
Conduct baseline and scenario modelling to support client strategies.
Oversee internal advice processes to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
Support the new and existing client review process, including preparation of meeting materials.
Maintain active communication with advisers on advice progress.
Mentor and guide the Client Experience Team.
Monitor client appointments.
Assist with onboarding recent clients.
Maintain accurate records in business systems.
Complete career development requirements.
Perform other duties as required by the business.
