Leading Healthcare Group (Confidential) is seeking a hands-on Financial Accountant to support 500 clinicians across six brands. You will partner with the CFO, manage a service-based cost model focused on revenue, margin, and onshore/offshore salary structures, and own month-end reporting and budgeting.

This role offers Board exposure, direct technical oversight of offshore operations, and a chance to lift output quality through documented feedback and process improvements.
