Infinite Aged Care Knoxfield is seeking an experienced Clinical Care Coordinator and Nurse Mentor for a part time role. You will lead the clinical care team to deliver resident-centred care and mentor RNs, ENs and PCWs.

The position supports governance with AHPRA-regulated practice and aims to maintain high-quality clinical outcomes in our care home. The role involves coordinating care plans, audits, and staff development, with morning shifts across 7:00am-3:00pm on selected days.
