Stonewood Homes Toowoomba is looking for an experienced Senior Sales Estimator to join our team.

We're looking for someone who genuinely knows residential building, not just how to price a plan, but how a home comes together from sales and preliminaries right through to construction.

Ideally, you'll bring:
10+ years' residential building industry experience
Robust estimating & quoting knowledge
Residential pre-construction / preliminaries experience
Experience with construction & project management software
Design & drafting knowledg
Strong sales and communication skill
Carpentry or trade background highly regarde
Excellent practical construction knowledge and attention to detai

This is a great opportunity for an experienced building skilled who can look at a plan or quote and recognise when something is missing, something doesn't look right, or something may not work on site.
