Hume Bank is seeking a Help Desk Officer based at our Head Office in Albury, NSW. You will provide frontline technology support in person, over the phone and remotely, resolve incidents, manage hardware, and maintain asset records while delivering a positive customer experience.
Within End User Services, you will own incidents through to resolution or escalation, assist with procurement and installation of assets, create guides, and travel to branches when in office support is required.
