South Eastern Sydney Local Health District (SESLHD) invites applications for a Registered Nurse in the Community Older Persons Mental Health service, Eastern Suburbs Mental Health Service. This permanent full time position is based at Older Persons Community Mental Health, ESMHS, Randwick, with hours 38 per week, 0830–1700, in office.
You will work with a team to provide care to adults 65+ with mental illness in the community, focusing on recovery-oriented practice and coordinated care planning.
