What you'll bring:
Previous experience as a Section Waiter in a premium or high-volume dining workplace
Strong food and beverage knowledge, including wine service
A warm, engaging, and qualified approach to guest service




Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
The ability to perform under pressure while maintaining high service standards
Availability to work across a rotating roster, including evenings and weekends
