You will guide young people to realise their potential and engage with wellbeing, attendance and personal development through a strengths-based approach within the Y Schools Queensland network.

You will plan wellbeing programs, coordinate pastoral care, support vocational training, and build trusting relationships with students and families from diverse backgrounds.
