CBUS Super Fund in Melbourne is seeking a skilled Complaints Resolution Officer to identify, resolve and mitigate escalated complaints through adherence to ASIC RG271 and CBUS standards, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver timely outcomes.

You will manage IDR and AFCA-referred cases, document findings clearly, and advocate for members while seeking root cause improvements. This is a full time, Melbourne-based role within our dedicated Complaints Team.
