Carrington Care is seeking Expressions of Interest for a full time Care Partner secondment in the Community Team for a 3-month period. The role works between Carrington House and visiting clients in the community, Monday to Friday from 8am to 4pm, with an on-call roster.
This is a outstanding prospect for care staff to try their hand at Case Management and supporting clients living independently at home. After the secondment, you may return to your current position or have the option to remain.
