Machine Operators – Pharmaceutical

Our client is a contract manufacturer specialising in high-quality vitamins, supplements, and therapeutic goods. They provide a complete manufacturing and packaging service for Tablets, Hard Capsules, Sachets and Powdered Products and are renowned for combining advanced technology with speed to market.

Due to consistent production growth, they are now seeking experienced, detail-oriented Blending, Coating, & compression Operators to join their team across day, afternoon and night shift.

As an operator, you will play a critical role in the core manufacturing process, ensuring vitamins and tablets are manufactured to precise client specifications and strict regulatory standards. You will be responsible for machine setups, reading and comprehension of batch instructions, monitoring quality, and maintaining a pristine production workplace as per required TGA/manufacturing standards.





Successful applicants should have:
The availability work 5 days a week consistently
Previous Pharmaceutical or food manufacturing experience
Proven experience in machine operation
Solid attention to detail with the ability to closely follow complex written instructions
The capability to manually handle products up to 20kg
The confidence and ability to work unsupervised when needed
All required PPE – including steel capped boots and high visibility clothing
A valid driver’s licence and own vehicle
The ability to work in a fast-paced setting while meeting all OH&S; regulations

On offer are multiple roles on afternoon shift from 7am – 3pm, 3pm – 11pm Monday – Friday, or night shift from 11pm – 7am Sunday -Thursday.
