You will engage with customers in person and by phone to identify financial needs, refer to Home Loans and Business Banking, and coach digital banking usage. The role blends sales and service with accountability for referrals.

Hours are 28 per week across Monday to Friday, with potential to work at the Canelands Branch. Training and development support are provided to help you grow your career in banking.
