About the Role:

As a Customer Support Officer, you'll be the first point of contact for customers/clients, helping resolve technical issues, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a smooth experience for every customer. You'll become an expert in managing support cases, dispatching technicians, and making sure issues are followed through to resolution.

It's hands-on, rapid-paced, and ideal for someone who thrives in a problem-solving setting.

What You'll Be Doing:
Handling inbound & outbound customer queries with professionalism
Triaging minor technical issues and escalating where needed
Coordinating with internal teams and third-party providers
Logging cases accurately and providing timely updates
Following up to ensure issues are resolved and customers are satisfied




Building your knowledge of technical systems and support tools
