JoinThe Star Gold Coastas theResort Pools Manager, where you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of The Star Gold Coast's pool precincts, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, safe and efficient operations, and premium service standards.
Oversee pool, lifeguard, and food & beverage teams, while managing compliance, financial performance, and stakeholder relationships to deliver a safe, high-quality, and commercially successful resort environment.

What we are looking for
Minimum 3 years' experience in an operational leadership role




Proven experience in team leadership, workforce planning, performance management and cost control
Strong ability to build stakeholder relationships and lead change effectively
Exceptional customer service focus, with experience overseeing multiple venues or operational areas while delivering high service standards and memorable guest experiences
Knowledge of mixology, beverage service, and cocktail menu development
Accreditation in Responsible Service of Alcohol
First Aid and CPR qualifications (desirable)
Flexibility to work across a 24/7 operational environment, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required
