The Role




We are looking for dedicated casual kitchen hands to joinour back of house team.
You will support our amazing kitchen brigade whilstworking in a rapid paced restaurant, bars and events environment.
In this role,you will be expected to assist with basic food preparation as part of thekitchen brigade, as well as ensuring the kitchen is consistently clean and toHACPP standards.
You
To be successful, you must have;
Atleast 1 year experience in a commercial kitchen
Experiencewith commercial dishwasher machinery
Basicfood preparation skills to support chefs
Understandingof cleaning chemicals
Highlevel of cleanliness and hygiene
Immaculategrooming and presentation
Clearcommunication, customer service orientated
Flexibleavailability – week days and weekends
