You'll lead the finance function across multiple operating businesses within supply chain.
This isn't a routine compliance role - you'll drive process improvement, deliver strategic financial analysis to senior leadership and mentor a finance team while shaping how finance partners with the business.

About the role:




Partner with operational leadership to understand financial drivers and translate them into actionable decisions that improve commercial performance
Build and maintain robust financial reporting and planning frameworks that provide explicit visibility across multiple business units
Own the financial control environment - ensuring accuracy, compliance and integrity across all reporting and transactional processes
Identify opportunities for cost management, efficiency gains and process automation - and implement them across the finance function
Build and mentor a finance team capable of supporting the business at scale, while establishing yourself as a trusted financial advisor to senior leadership
What they're looking for:
Someone who combines technical finance rigour with genuine commercial awareness along with:
Substantial exposure to complex, multi-site or multi-entity operations
CA or CPA - Big 4 / Mid-tier audit or corporate finance background, ideally with experience in logistics, technology, or similar scaling operations
Comfort working at scale with multiple stakeholders, prioritising competing demands and translating financial concepts for non-finance audiences
Experience leading finance transformation, system implementation or process redesign initiatives
