The Star Sydney is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a team and manage the daily operations of our busy venues.
Reporting to the Venue leadership, you will drive exceptional guest experiences and uphold the highest standards of service in our iconic hospitality destination.
Key duties include rostering, training and performance management, developing and evaluating service standards, and ensuring compliance with the Responsible Service of Alcohol and Liquor Act.
