Anglicare Southern Queensland is seeking a Residential Youth Worker to support children and young people in out-of-home care or at risk within family settings.
You will be the primary caregiver during shifts, promoting wellbeing and life skills through trauma-informed care.
You will collaborate with the Coordinator and Service Manager to implement care strategies, plan activities, document notes, and maintain a secure environment across multiple shifts including overnights and weekends.
