Job Description
We are seeking a Trainee Educator to join our team. The Trainee Educator will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of educational programs and activities. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and a desire to learn and grow in the field., * Assist in the development and implementation of educational programs and activities
* Work with educators to create lesson plans and educational materials
* Provide support to students in the classroom and during extracurricular activities
* Monitor student progress and provide feedback to educators
* Attend training sessions and workshops to improve skills and knowledge
* Participate in meetings with educators and parents to discuss student progress and needs
* Maintain accurate records of student attendance and progress
About the Candidate
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* 18 years and over
* Ability to work collaboratively with educators and other staff members
* Passion for education and a desire to learn and grow in the field
* Ability to work independently and take initiative
* Solid organizational and time management skills
* Experience working with children or in an educational setting is preferred
