ASX's Technology & Data division is at the heart of everything we do, creating and supporting data products and market connectivity services that facilitate participation in ASX markets by the world's most significant financial institutions, powering Australia's financial markets.
Rotation opportunities may include:
ASX Information Services- Gain exposure to ASX's high growth market data and information services business, working with product, commercial and technology teams to support the development of data products used across Australia's financial markets. You'll contribute to product strategy, customer engagement, market analysis and new product initiatives, while learning how ASX delivers market data and insights to participants, investors and technology providers. This rotation provides exciting exposure to Australia's financial markets, product management, use of cloud technologies, data analytics and commercial strategy.

Product Development- Gain exposure to the design, development and enhancement of ASX products and services, working with business, technology and market stakeholders to identify opportunities, shape product strategy and support the delivery of initiatives that drive value for customers and the broader market. You'll develop an understanding of the product lifecycle, market structure, customer needs and how new capabilities are brought to market within a complex and highly regulated environment.





ASX Technical Services– Gain exposure to how ASX facilitates actual connectivity to ASX markets, via ASXs high growth colocation and connectivity business, centred on ASX's fully managed data centre, the Australian Liquidity Centre. This rotation will give exposure to the way different grades of market participant seek high quality access to ASX markets and to other participants within the Australian financial market eco-system. It will involve a blend of customer account management and exposure to the Technical Services product development process.
What you will be doing:
Support the development of new products and services by contributing to customer research, market analysis and product strategy activities.
Assist in identifying product opportunities and enhancements that deliver value for customers and support ASX's strategic objectives.
Contribute to the preparation of business cases, presentations and supporting documentation to inform funding and investment decisions.
Gain exposure to the end-to-end product lifecycle, from idea generation and discovery through to delivery, launch and ongoing improvement.
Support the development and maintenance of product roadmaps, helping track priorities, progress and key milestones.
Work closely with Product Managers and Product Delivery teams to define business requirements, user stories and product enhancements.
Collaborate with stakeholders across Technology, Risk, Finance, Legal and Enterprise Customer & Operations to support successful product outcomes.




Build an understanding of how customer needs, commercial considerations and market trends influence product decisions within Australia's financial markets.
Participate in cross-functional initiatives and contribute to the development of innovative solutions that support the future growth of ASX products and services.
You'll also take part in an 8-week group project to solve a real business challenge, working alongside fellow graduates.
