The Risk division plays a key role in helping ASX identify, assess and manage enterprise-wide risks while ensuring compliance with regulatory obligations. Through teams focused on Risk & Compliance Frameworks, Risk & Compliance Advisory, Regulatory Compliance & Monitoring, and Transformation & Change, the division partners with stakeholders across the business to strengthen risk management practices, enhance governance and control frameworks, support regulatory compliance, and embed a robust risk culture. As a graduate, you will gain exposure to enterprise risk management, compliance oversight, strategic change initiatives and business partnering, helping ASX make informed decisions and maintain the resilience and integrity of Australia's financial markets.
Rotation opportunities within Enterprise Risk and Compliance may be available in:
Risk and Compliance Frameworks– Gain hands-on exposure to ASX's enterprise risk and compliance framework, supporting the maintenance of risk management and compliance poliicies, governance processes, risk capability initiatives and accountability frameworks. You may work with stakeholders to enhance governance processes, monitor risk and compliance obligations, analyse emerging risks and contribute to initiatives that strengthen ASX's risk culture, decision-making and operational resilience.
Risk and Compliance Advisory– Partner with business stakeholders to help identify,



assess and manage risks across ASX's operations and strategic initiatives. You may contribute to risk assessments, provide guidance on risk and compliance obligations, monitoring plan development and execution, support the implementation of controls, and help foster a strong risk culture by enabling teams to make informed decisions while operating within ASX's risk management frameworks.
Regulatory Compliance and Monitoring– Gain exposure to ASX's enterprise regulatory compliance framework and help support activities that promote compliance with regulatory obligations across the organisation. In this rotation you may contribute to compliance monitoring, reporting and governance activities, support the continual enhancement of compliance management practices and help ensure ASX operates in line with industry and regulatory best practice standards.
Transformation and Change- Be part of the team driving the evolution of ASX's enterprise risk and compliance capabilities. You'll gain exposure to transformation initiatives, supporting the implementation of new frameworks, processes and ways of working that strengthen risk management and regulatory compliance. Through collaboration with stakeholders across ASX, you'll help deliver change initiatives, improve business processes and contribute to programs that build a more resilient and risk aware organisation.
What you will be doing:
Support the identification, assessment and management of risks and compliance obligations across a complex and highly regulated environment.
Contribute to the development and enhancement of risk,



compliance and governance frameworks that support effective decision-making and organisational resilience.
Analyse risk, compliance and business information to identify emerging trends, support reporting activities and inform recommendations.

Partner with stakeholders across ASX to support risk assessments, governance processes, control implementation and compliance obligations.
Assist with monitoring and reporting activities that help ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practice.
Support transformation and change initiatives that strengthen risk management, compliance capabilities and operational resilience.
Build strong stakeholder engagement, problem-solving and analytical skills while contributing to projects that enhance ASX's risk culture and ways of working.
You'll also take part in an 8-week group project to solve a real business challenge, working alongside fellow graduates.
