Enterprise Customer & Operations (EC&O;) is a strategic division within ASX that helps the organisation operate effectively while delivering great outcomes for customers, stakeholders and the market. EC&O; brings together teams responsible for customer insights, marketing and brand, enterprise procurement, operational resilience, governance, business management and risk. By combining customer understanding, data-driven insights and operational excellence, EC&O; enables ASX to continuously improve how it serves customers, manages risk, delivers strategic priorities and supports the smooth operation of Australia's financial markets. Graduates joining EC&O; gain broad exposure to how enterprise functions work together to drive business performance, innovation and customer value.
The EC&O; Enterprise Operations Graduate will gain broad exposure to how ASX manages enterprise operations, supplier relationships, operational resilience, governance and business performance. Through rotations across Enterprise Procurement & Partnerships, Resilience and Business Management, you'll develop practical experience in commercial operations, risk, reporting, stakeholder engagement and process improvement.
Rotation opportunities may include:
Enterprise Procurement & Partnerships– In this rotation, you'll gain exposure to enterprise procurement,
supplier management, commercial reporting and third-party governance. You may support supplier lifecycle documentation, procurement workflow reporting, commercial insights packs, management updates, adoption tracking and process improvement activities.
Resilience– In this rotation, you'll get close to the action of how ASX keeps Australia's financial markets moving through disruption and crisis. You'll build practical experience in operational resilience, crisis management, incident readiness and scenario-based fire drills, supporting the planning, reporting, lessons learned and action tracking that help ASX prepare for, respond to and recover from operational events.
Business Management– This rotation will round out your program with exposure to divisional business management, planning, governance, executive reporting and practical risk management. You may support divisional planning, performance reporting, executive updates, committee materials, controls testing, action tracking and process improvement across the central management portfolio.
What you will be doing:
Build commercial and operational foundations through procurement, supplier lifecycle and enterprise enablement work.
Contribute to readiness, incident-response artefacts, fire drills, lessons learned and resilience reporting.
Support divisional governance, planning, executive updates and operating cadence materials.
Gain practical exposure to risk management, controls testing and action tracking.
Work with stakeholders across EC&O; to understand enterprise priorities, operational dependencies and performance drivers.
You'll also take part in an 8-week group project to solve a real business challenge, working alongside fellow graduates.
