Queensland Government seeks a Lead Rural Generalist in Biloela to provide obstetric and gynaecology services across hospital and the Midwifery Group Practice. You will shape governance, drive quality improvement and ongoing service planning while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in inpatient, outpatient and community settings.

The role also involves mentoring doctors-in-training, students and midwives, ensuring high standards of patient safety and clinical care across the region.
