Delaware North Australia is hiring a Commis Chef to join Lizard Island Resort. You will work with senior chefs to create dishes that impress guests in a high-volume, guest-focused kitchen on the Outstanding Barrier Reef.
The role requires a Level 3 Certificate in Commercial Cookery and a Food Safety certificate, with prior Commis Chef experience preferred. This is a unique prospect to grow within a global hospitality group and contribute to a Relais & Châteaux and 3 Michelin Key property.
