EQ Hotel seeks an experienced and passionate Senior Sous Chef to lead kitchen operations for 1 Spring Sky Lounge in Perth.
You will oversee breakfast, lunch and dinner service, mentor the brigade, and contribute to menu development ahead of opening.
Collaboration with front-of-house and a focus on food safety are essential.
The role requires at least three years in a senior kitchen, relevant cookery qualifications, and a current Food Safety Supervisor certification or willingness to obtain one
