What you’ll be doing
Lead and manage day-to-day operations of our Integrated and Managed Services business unit at Weipa site, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant service delivery.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and regulators, representing REMONDIS locally.
Lead the team and efficiently managing our solid and liquid waste logistics fleet, landfill and transfer station operations
Be responsible for training and developing the team, safety and customer service excellence.
Ensure cost effective operations and take accountability for operational financial performance.




Provide the highest possible levels of client satisfaction, maximize contract profitability and expand our services.

What you’ll bring
Operational workplace expertise and background.
Excellent communication and robust project management skills
Proven management and hands-on leadership experience
Robust background in waste industry or environmental knowledge
HR driver license is required
