About the Prospect:
As the first and last point of contact for our guests, our Hosts play a vital role in creating an outstanding experience. We are looking for individuals who are confident working with high-profile clientele, take pride in their presentation and possess an exceptional eye for detail.

The Ideal Candidate Must Have:
Previous experience as a Host in a premium hospitality venue
Experience using SevenRooms, OpenTable, TableCheck, ResPAK or similar reservation systems
Immaculate presentation and exceptional communication skills
A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
Demonstrated ability to exceed guest expectations
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Ability to adapt, multitask and remain composed in a quick-paced setting
Strong work ethic and a positive,



can-do attitude
Outgoing, warm and engaging personality
Genuine interest in the day-to-day operations of a premium hospitality venue
Excellent time management and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
Availability to work a rotating roster, including opening and closing shifts, weekends and public holidays
A valid RSA certificate
