Job Description
Provide friendly, efficient and professional service to all guests and clients
Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, wines and spirits
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area
Monitor and restock bar supplies as needed
Support the Food & Beverage Manager and the Supervisors in the overall operations of the bar

Qualifications
Experience as a Bar Attendant in a vibrant, fast-paced, high-volume venue.
Knowledge of cocktails, cocktail making and beverage production, spirits, wine and beer and know what is on-trend.
Experience in exceeding guest expectations and a passion for delivering outstanding service.
Adaptable and able to multi-task.
Time management skills.
Excellent attention to detail.




Robust work ethic and a "can do" attitude.
Able and willing to work a rotating 7-day roster, including late nights, weekends, and public holidays.
Must have RSA certificate.
