Has a minimum 1 year experience as aMedical Receptionist in General Practice

/n

Has experiencewith Best Practicesoftware

/n

Is confident, reliable and hasa friendly personality

/n

Has excellent verbal and communication skills with aprofessional phone manner

/n

Has the ability to manage tasks within a busy workplace setting

/n

Has a high standard of presentation

/n

Has the ability to work independently or with a team

/n

Has the ability to be versatile, available to cover shifts when required for sick and annual leave, open and closing shifts

/n

Hot Doc experience is desirable

/n

Monday- Friday only.

/n

Hourly rate in accordance with experience level.

/n

Duties would include reception, appointment bookings, billing and general administrative duties.
