The Role
Take ownership of the day-to-day financial operations
Prepare annual budgets, forecasts and variance analysis
Develop financial models to support business planning and strategic decision-making
Oversee month-end and year-end processes, including financial reporting and reconciliations
Monitor financial performance and provide insights and recommendations to senior management
Manage cash flow and identify prospects to improve working capital
Monitor project budgets and costs, ensuring adherence to financial targets
Identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements and greater efficiency
Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations and internal controls
Manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors and other financial consultants




Build strong relationships with Practice Managers, HR and other key stakeholders across the business
Lead, mentor and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
Ad hoc analysis, projects and duties as required

Candidate Profile

CA/CPA qualified, you will be an experienced finance skilled with solid experience across financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management.

You will be commercially minded and confident partnering with senior stakeholders, with the ability to translate financial information into meaningful insights and recommendations. Previous experience leading and developing a finance team will be highly regarded.
