The Opportunity

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a skilled labourer to join our Sydney Retirement Living site team, working across various locations from Parramatta and Northmead through to Drummoyne and Denham Court. This key role will report to a Site Manager and work on a portfolio of multiple unit turnovers from start to finish. Some key responsibilities include:
Day-to-day tasks with a focus on fix and fit off.
Work closely with key subcontractors
Adhere to OHS policies and procedures
Ensure construction projects are built in line with building regulations and to schedule.

Key Attributes:

The successful applicants will bring to the role:
Skilled labourer who shows initiative and professionalism
Experience in residential construction




Competent multitasker with the ability to work on multiple small projects simultaneously
Ability to work in a close-knit team
Valid driver's license and car
White Card, Working with Children's Check, and valid Police Check
Exhibit high attention to detail and pride in workmanship
