To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you should possess the following:

Experience as an Apprentice Commis or Demi Chef, in a Hotel or restaurant workplace.

/n

An understanding of operational management relating to service, prep, cost management and ordering

/n

Excellent communication skills coupled with a management style that breeds a positive & harmonious setting
