What you'll be doing

/n

You'll take ownership of site operations, working closely with the Project Manager to deliver projects safely, on time and on budget.

/n

Your responsibilities will include:

/n
Leading crews, subcontractors and plant operators on site

/n
Planning and coordinating daily works to maximise productivity

/n
Maintaining a solid safety culture and ensuring HSEQ compliance

/n
Monitoring project progress, quality and programme

/n
Managing labour, plant and resources efficiently

/n
Completing daily reporting and site documentation

/n
Building positive relationships with clients and stakeholders

/n




Identifying and resolving issues before they impact delivery

/n

What you'll bring

You'll be an experienced civil construction Supervisor who enjoys leading people and delivering quality outcomes.

/n

You'll have:

Local to the Mackay Region essential

/n
Proven experience supervising civil construction projects

/n
Strong leadership and communication skills

/n
The ability to manage crews, subcontractors and site activities

/n
A proactive approach to safety, planning and problem solving

/n
Experience working to project schedules and budgets

/n
