Proactively contribute to the club sales budget using sales promotions and referral campaigns
Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach, referrals and identifying new business opportunities
Achieve the required number of telephone lead contacts to maximise sales opportunities
Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members
Create positive and personalised member journeys
Achieve successful outcomes for enquiries
Open and close the club according to the club roster
Participate actively in member retention programs
Conduct regular service calls to recent and existing members
Recommend club-based products to improve member results and experience
Requirements
Current First Aid & CPR certificates
Ability to build rapport with people from varied walks of life
