Silverchain Group is seeking a Care Worker in Nelson Bay, NSW, to support aged care clients at home.
You will perform housekeeping, laundry, meal prep and grocery shopping, alongside personal care tasks such as mobility, medication assistance and daily routines.
Role requires a valid Australian driver's licence and a own insured vehicle, plus minimum 3 months in similar care role with hoist training and medication experience.
Guaranteed hours and supportive team culture are offered.
