Duties & Responsibilities
/n
Working both autonomously and collaboratively, the Sprinkler Fitter Service Manager will be supported by administrative staff and tradespersons to oversee the day‐to‐day operations of the Sprinkler Service Division. A key focus of the role is maintaining ARA Fire's high standard of service for customers throughout the Airport West and greater Melbourne region.

Manage scheduling and delivery of sprinkler service works
/n
Take full P&L; responsibility, including forecasting, invoicing,
and cost control
/n
Provide technical support to customers, service technicians, and stakeholders
/n
Estimate and price repair works and service projects
/n
Drive sales and business development for the department
/n
Ensure compliance with relevant Australian Standards and company policies
/n
Support tender submissions and key account requirements
/n
Promote ARA Fire services and products
/n
Position Requirements
/n
Fire sprinkler mechanical background (preferred)
/n
Previous managerial, supervisory, or project management experience
/n
Strong leadership with a hands‐on approach
/n
Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
/n
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
/n
Proactive problem‐solving and solid attention to detail
/n
Customer‐focused mindset and collaborative team attitude
/n
