Job Description

The Financial Controller will be responsible for:
Manage the organisation's financial reporting and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
Prepare and present financial reports to key stakeholders.
Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure financial stability.
Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
Lead and mentor the accounting and finance team to achieve organisational goals.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial alignment across the organisation.
Identify and mitigate financial risks to safeguard company assets.

The Successful Applicant





A successful Financial Controller should have:
A degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline.
Professional accounting qualifications such as CPA or CA.
Strong technical skills in financial reporting and analysis.
Proven ability to manage budgets and financial forecasts effectively.
Experience in the life science industry is highly regarded.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in financial tasks.
