Job Description
Manage the maintenance and upkeep of facilities to ensure a secure and functional environment.
Oversee asset management, including procurement, tracking, and lifecycle management.
Coordinate with contractors and service providers to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules.
Monitor and manage budgets related to facilities and asset operations.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across all facilities.
Prepare reports on facility and asset management activities for stakeholders.
Identify prospects for cost savings and operational efficiencies.

The Successful Applicant





A successful Facilities and Asset Manager should have:
Experience in facilities management or asset management, ideally within the not-for-profit sector.
Solid organisational and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance requirements.
Proficiency in managing budgets and financial tracking for operational activities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively.
Familiarity with procurement processes and vendor management.
