The Chance

As a Partner Success Manager, you'll be the trusted advisor for a portfolio of real estate agencies across Australia. You'll help clients maximise the value of the platform by implementing best practices, streamlining processes, delivering training, and building long-term partnerships.

This is a relationship-driven role where you'll make a genuine impact on your clients' success.

Your Responsibilities
Manage relationships with agency clients nationwide.
Onboard new clients and implement systems and operational processes.
Deliver engaging weekly Zoom training sessions.
Provide ongoing support, guidance, and troubleshooting.




Identify opportunities to improve client workflows and efficiencies.
Build strong, long-term relationships through exceptional service and communication.

The Candidate:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in Property Management or Sales Administration
Solid leadership and client management skills
High level of confidence with technology and the ability to learn new software quickly
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with PropertyMe (highly regarded)
