An opportunity has become available for a Casual Supply Chain Associate to provide ad hoc support to the Supply Chain team during periods of increased workload and planned leave.
This is not a permanent full-time or part-time position. Instead, you'll become a trained member of the team, providing support during a period of leave.
Initially, you'll receive approximately three half-days of training, followed by two - three weeks of regular half-day shifts during September while the Supply Chain Associate is on planned leave. Following this, you'll be contacted for additional half-day shifts during busy periods as required.
This role offers excellent exposure to pharmaceutical supply chain, inventory management, reporting and logistics within a highly regulated healthcare workplace.
Duties
Process supply chain transactions
Prepare daily stock reports
Monitor inventory levels
Reconcile inventory data
Assist with order processing
Update ERP systems
Track inbound shipments
Liaise with logistics providers
Support Quality coordination
General supply chain administration
Skills & Experience
Supply Chain or Logistics experience
Strong attention to detail
Intermediate Microsoft Excel
Excellent communication skills
Ability to commit to a part time casual role particularly during September
Ability to work on site in Macquarie Park
