Join Liverpool Hospital is seeking a Clinical Nurse Educator to join our Clinical Support Team.

Lead and deliver high-quality clinical education programs that enhance nursing practice.
Mentor and support nurses across varying levels of experience in a energetic afterhours environment.
Collaborate with Management, Nurse Educators, Clinical Nurse Consultants and Clinical Nurse Specialists to drive best practice.

Selection Criteria

Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) with relevant clinical or education post registration qualifications or such education and clinical experience deemed appropriate by the employer.
Demonstrated understanding of competency-based assessment with experience in education / clinical teaching and developing clinical programs based on adult learning principles.
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and engage with patients/consumers, carers and the multidisciplinary health care team.
Demonstrated capacity to interact with others in a personable and professional manner and personally resolve conflicts when they arise.
Demonstrated evidence of the use of critical thinking as it relates to the delivery of evidenced based nursing care.
