They're looking for an experiencedProject Architectto join their team in eitherMelbourne or Brisbane, working across projects from concept and design development through documentation, coordination and construction.

The role
As a Project Architect, you'll take an active role across design, documentation and delivery, working closely with clients, consultants and the broader studio team.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing projects across thefull project lifecycle.




Contributing to concept and design development.
Producing and overseeing detailed documentation inRevit.
Coordinating consultants and resolving technical design requirements.
Managing client communication and project expectations.
Maintaining design intent throughout documentation and construction.
Supporting projects through tender and construction stages.
Collaborating with the wider architecture and interiors teams.
What we're looking for
You'll be someone who can balance design thinking with the technical and organisational skills required to successfully deliver a project.
Ideally you'll have:
Strong experience working as a Project Architect or in a similar senior architectural role.
Experience acrosscommercial and/or hospitality projects.
Provenfull lifecycle project experience.
StrongRevit capability.
Confidence across design development, documentation and delivery.
Experience coordinating consultants and multidisciplinary project teams.
Strong client and stakeholder communication skills.
The ability to take ownership while remaining highly collaborative.
What's on offer?
