Maitland Hospital is seeking motivated and enthusiasticunaccredited traineesto join our Obstetrics & Gynaecology team.
This position provides an excellent prospect to develop your clinical capability in a supportive, team-oriented environment while gaining valuable experience across a broad range of obstetric and gynaecological care.
What You'll Be Doing
Deliver high-quality, patient-centred care as part of a multidisciplinary team
Develop core knowledge and procedural skills in Obstetrics & Gynaecology
Participate in teaching, education and quality improvement activities
Work under the supervision of experienced consultants and senior clinicians

Qualifications and experience commensurate with the Essential Requirements for the role.
Demonstrated ability to work in a multidisciplinary team, including providing leadership and direction to ensure appropriate management of patients.
Demonstrated ability to work independently within a supervised complex clinical environment utilising excellent clinical skills, judgment and expertise.
Demonstrated team work, time management and problem solving skills as an integral part of a multidisciplinary team.
Demonstrated excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and the ability to convey information effectively and respectfully to both a clinical and non-clinical audience.
Demonstrated commitment to quality improvement, patient safety and risk management.
A demonstrated high degree of motivation towards achieving an accredited trainee status in Obstetrics and Gynaecology.
Demonstrated commitment to the RANZCOG training requirements and evidence of other professional development activities.
