The Grants Branch within NSW DCCEEW is seeking a highly organised Secretariat Officer to support the Environmental Trust Board and its Technical Review Committees.
You will provide high-level secretariat, governance, and administrative support for Trust Board meetings, ensuring timely preparation of agendas and papers.
Working with senior executives and committee chairs, you will coordinate minutes, speaking notes, and briefing materials, and advise on membership and operations.
