Description
Our client is an established paediatric allied health provider supporting children, young people and families across four locations in both Brisbane and the Gold Coast.
The service brings Psychology, Speech Pathology and Occupational Therapy together in a multidisciplinary model, with families able to access multiple disciplines through the same provider.
The organisation operates with a purpose-led model and a strong focus on evidence-based, family-centred care.
Clinicians work closely with families, caregivers and other professionals, with structured supervision, professional development and clinical resources built into the service.
About the Role
This is a paediatric Psychology role supporting children and young people aged 0 to 18, primarily within a clinic-based setting.
Your work may include:
Delivering individualised psychological therapy focused on behaviour, wellbeing and development
Conducting academic, cognitive and autism assessments
Preparing clinically meaningful assessment reports and recommendations
Working with families and caregivers to establish goals and adapt interventions
Collaborating with Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists and other clinicians
Supporting NDIS, Medicare, privately funded and eligible private health clients
Primarily clinic-based service delivery, with telehealth and out-of-clinic visits available where required
Full time or part-time options, with a minimum of 3 days per week
Flexible arrangements including hybrid work and compressed working weeks

About You
Tertiary qualification in Psychology
Full registration with AHPRA
Clinical endorsement with AHPRA
Experience delivering evidence-based psychological interventions
Experience completing psychological assessments and clinical reports
Current Australian working rights

Salary from $105,000 to $115,000 + super, based on experience
