Maas Commercial -DPC is seeking a motivated and detail-orientedEstimator to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the successful delivery of commercial projects by preparing accurate cost estimates, managing tender submissions, and supporting project teams from pre-construction through to delivery.

About the Role
n
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for preparing estimates and tenders for residential construction projects while working closely with suppliers, subcontractors, clients, and internal stakeholders.
n
Your ability to analyse plans, identify risks and opportunities, and deliver accurate pricing will directly contribute to the success and profitability of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
n

Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender submissions.
n
Review drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
n
Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations.
n
Develop and maintain estimating databases and pricing schedules.
n
Identify cost-saving opportunities and project risks.
n
Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers, and project teams.
n




Assist with contract reviews and project handovers.
n
Monitor market pricing and industry trends.
n

About You
n
n
Previous experience in estimating within commercial construction.
n
Robust understanding of construction methods, materials, and costs.
n
Ability to interpret plans, specifications, and contracts.
n
High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
n
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
n
Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Office applications.
n
Effective time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
