OUR CLIENT

The company is a well established construction company that works across a wide variety of areas, including commercial offices, retail and hospitality. Due to growth, they are now looking for their next Estimator to join the dynamic team.
n
THE MUST-HAVES:
n
n
Proven estimating experience in commercial construction
n
Must be able to run a tender from conception to completion
n
Skillset in tendering, contracts management, cost/value reporting, measurement, BOQ's, scope of works
n
Knowledge of Melbourne fit out market, subcontractors, and local suppliers;
n
A high degree of professionalism, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills;
n
Software experience with, Cubit,



Cost-X, or Other;
n
Certificate IV in Building and Construction or Tertiary Degree in Construction Management Or Project Management (Ideal);
n
Mentoring or previous experience leading a small team (Nice to have)
n
